Rosacea is a chronic skin disorder that often begins after the age of 30. It comes in waves so those with rosacea will have flare-ups some days while having remissions on others. Bumps and pimples are another sign that many don’t connect with rosacea. Typically, these are small and red solid bumps or pimples filled with pus. They tend to look like acne but instead of blackheads appearing, there will be some burning or stinging. Visible blood vessels are another tell-tale sign of rosacea.

Seeking out skin products that are gentle yet effective for rosacea-affected skin is particularly important in treating this condition. While there is no cure for rosacea, there are many wonderful products that can keep it under control and prevent flare-ups from occurring.
